1. Information We Collect

The app has no user accounts and no sign-in, and we never ask for your name, email, or other directly identifying details. To understand how the game is used and to diagnose crashes, the app uses Google Firebase to collect:

Usage analytics (Firebase Analytics) — anonymous gameplay events such as which level was started or completed, move counts, level duration, and whether a hint or undo was used.
Crash and diagnostic data (Firebase Crashlytics) — crash stack traces and the technical details needed to reproduce a problem (for example device model, OS version, and the app's most recent in-game action).
Device and app identifiers automatically generated by Firebase (such as an app-instance ID) used to group events and crashes.

This data is processed by Google as our service provider. It is not sold.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The app saves game data locally on your device only. This data never leaves the device and is not accessible to us or any third party. It includes:

Level progress, completion status, stars earned, and best move counts.
In-game currency (coins / fragments) and unlocked themes.
Your preferences (sound, haptics, color-blind mode, reduce motion, active theme).

Uninstalling the app removes this data. You can also clear it via your device's app settings (“Clear data / storage”).

3. Network Access

The game itself is fully playable offline. The app connects to the internet to send analytics and crash data to Google Firebase, to check the Google Play Store for app updates, and to load advertisements served by Google AdMob.

4. Permissions

The app requests the following permissions:

VIBRATE — haptic feedback during gameplay (e.g. on pours and invalid moves).
INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — used to send analytics and crash reports to Firebase, to check for app updates, and to serve advertisements.

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses Google services to operate, improve, and monetize the game:

Google Play Core (In-App Updates)

Checks the Play Store for newer versions of the app.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID and information about your device and app usage to deliver ads and, where you have provided consent, to personalise ads to your interests.

In the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the app presents a consent form powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before showing any personalised advertising. You may choose to allow or decline personalised ads; non-personalised ads may still be shown. You can change your consent choice at any time by reinstalling the app or contacting us.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is rated for general audiences (13+) and is not directed at children under 13. It is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme. We do not knowingly collect personal information that directly identifies a child.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
